Mrs G brought in some swan plants for our 'Discover' table. We looked closely at them and diacovered little white balls on them. One day we went to look at the balls and discovered tiny caterpillars in their place! We watched them grow, they got fatter and longer! Now the caterpillars have gone and left behind are chrysalis! 

We made these crayon and dye pictures to show the changes that happen during the life cycle. We published a fact about butterflies underneath!
